Sasha Watkins

Sasha Watkins is an award-winning UK dietitian with over a decade of experience working with the low FODMAP diet. She has an MSc in Allergy and has worked in research, public health, private practice and with the media. She currently works at Field Doctor translating nutrition science into healthy frozen meals to help people feed their health.
