From launching Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s first Own Label ranges of Free From Morning Goods – including pitta breads and crumpets, to identifying the product opportunity, fostering the development and taking the Genius brand to market.
For the last 10 years Paddy has led the significant growth of Nairn’s gluten free offering and through the commitment of the Nairn’s team, and their understanding of the market and consumers, Nairns has become the UK brand leaders in Gluten free Sweet and Savoury Biscuits, and Hot Cereals.
