As host of The Kitchen at The Allergy & Free From Show Scotland and Winter, Nathalie is well known for getting our audiences involved in cooking demos, as well as showcasing free from cooking herself.
Nathalie founded the award winning ‘Intolerant Gourmand’ in 2014, following the diagnosis of multiple severe allergies for her young son Callum. Having overcome the challenges faced when catering for and living with allergies, Nathalie provides ‘free-from’ recipes to clients nationwide as a freelance recipe developer and food writer. Nathalie also works as a presenter, consultant and trainer, and lectures at various high-profile events including the BSACI, Speciality Fine Food Fair, BBC Good Food Shows and has also hosted the Fantastic Food Festivals.
Nathalie is well known within the allergy community through her work and her blog, detailing with honesty and in a positive way, what life is like with allergies.
In recent years, Nathalie has teamed up with Steve Walpole to bring a fun new way of creating free-from food that everyone loves!
