Muriel looks at how Allergy UK works to get social research and influences government decisions.  She also looks at the importance of the Seal of Approval endorsements followed by your questions.

Muriel Simmons joined Allergy UK as its first Chief Executive in 1996 and retired in December 2009. During that time the organisation has grown substantially and now offers an extremely wide range of services and support for allergy sufferers with excellent and highly trained advisors able to provide vital information and support.  On retirement she was invited to become a trustee of the charity and she was delighted to accept. Working on behalf of allergy sufferers with such a  dedicated team of trustees and staff is both a pleasure and a privilege.
