Hi, my name’s Becky and I’m 25. I started up Gluten Free Cuppa Tea in 2013 as a way to share my experience being gluten free and rave about my favourite products. Since then, it has become a friendly haven for anyone looking to live a happy and healthy gluten free lifestyle (with the occasional treat thrown in!). As my boyfriend Mark is lactose-intolerant, my blog is dairy-free too! You’ll also find healthy gluten free recipes on my YouTube channel, as well as vlogs about my life. Come along and say hello!
Vicki is a part-time ‘free from’ recipe developer, food blogger and writer at www.freefromfairy.com. She suffers with IBS while her 8 year-old daughter has coeliac disease and historic egg and cows milk protein allergies. Along with developing recipes for free from companies and sharing her family recipes and free from adventures on her blog, she has created a gluten-free multipurpose wholegrain flour blend that she is currently bringing to market.
Natalie is a gluten intolerant health and fitness blogger who specializes in healthy treat recipes and fitness tips. She writes advice posts on being gluten-free and uses her fitness instructor knowledge to promote a healthy lifestyle with everything in moderation. A firm believer that being gluten-free and eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to miss out on eating great food, Natalie loves sharing recipes that are notonly gluten-free, but also often sugar-free and paleo.
The Intolerant Gourmand was set up by Nathalie following the diagnosis of 18 severe allergies, 10 less so severe allergies, severe eczema and asthma in her young son Callum. Nathalie works as a freelance food writer, consultant and presenter, creating allergen free recipes for clients, and is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist. Nathalie can often be found in the kitchen creating new recipes and testing them out on family and friends. She shares a wealth of recipes and information on her website.
