What are the show opening times?
The show is open from 10:00am – 4:00pm on both days.
Do children need their own ticket?
No, under 16’s can enter the show without a ticket, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
Do I need to print my ticket or can I show it on my phone?
You can show your ticket on your phone.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
Yes, tickets will be available for purchase from the box office.
Is there disabled access to the venue?
ECL is fully accessible for all customers with accessible toilets, lifts and
entrances in all areas, read more here

Can I re-enter the show if I want to leave and come back?
Of course, just pick up a ‘re-entry’ ticket from the front of house team.
I have lost my tickets can you resend them?
Just email firstname.lastname@example.org
with your name and the email address you registered with and we can send you replacement tickets
Can I attend on more than one day?
We’d love to see you on both days, just collect a re-entry ticket from the front of house team.
Are Concession tickets available?
Concession tickets are available from the Box office on the day.
