Synopsis:

A short talk and demonstration by Alastair Rattray, a Registered Bowen Practitioner and Teacher, of the gentle Bowen Technique will show how we treat both adults and children who might be suffering from Asthma or any other respiratory condition. It will highlight, also, the Bowen Release Move which all asthma sufferers learn to use as soon as they start to feel a tight chest, long before they need to resort to their Reliever inhaler which is often then not needed.
